Hours: 7am – 3.30pm
Responsibilities: – Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards – Operate grill and other kitchen equipment effectively and safely – Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed – Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation – Maintain a clean and organized work area – Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Experience: – Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred – Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety regulations – Familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations and equipment – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail – Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
