They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage sites across East and South East London, from a mixed-use development to a high quality community-focused development .
The trademark schemes are highly complex in both unique designs and quality of materials and build, which requires our teams to specifically focus on the programme development stages where extra attention to detail and building relationships is key to the role. You'll be liaising with their award winning Design team, external Architects, sub-contractors and construction consultancies to deliver outstanding new homes, tailored to different markets across the London region.
The successful candidate will be involved in the end-to-end project management of their schemes from site set-up through to delivery. Reporting to the Build Manager, you will assist with the plot production forecast, budget planning and regularly reporting on the progress of the scheme. You will be responsible for managing sub-contractors, site teams and identifying training needs and skills shortages on site.
You will also monitor site performance, ensuring full compliance with build manual and group quality standards, whilst ensuring budgets are adhered to without compromising on health and safety.
The company is looking for experienced candidates who can take a leading role, promoting best practice across the function. You will have particular focus on improving future builds and encouraging a learning environment, utilising your experience when moving from one project to the next.
The following technical skills against the job criteria are required :
Strong Project Management experience with a new homes builder
Passion for delivering high quality builds
Excellent programme building experience
Confident making decisions and amending plans throughout the design to build stages
Supervisory experience in a multi-site environment
Naturally a problem solver who strives to actively improve processes
IT literate and able to adapt to new technologies
Full and clean driving license
CSCS card

They are looking for a Senior Surveyor to join the Regeneration team.
You will be based at their site which consists of 375 units, including both houses and apartments.
Responsible for ensuring timely & accurate cost management, dealing with contractual issues & procurement & payment of sub-contractors for complex large volume development projects from pre-operational stage through to final account settlement.
Duties include:
- The identification & procurement of suitable sub-contractors.
- The negotiation & letting of subcontracts within required timescales.
- Providing the cost-data feedback to Divisional Estimating Department.
- Administration & management of the financial aspects of the development.
- Reviewing and forecasting the latest cost estimates and reporting
- The relationships with external employers such as Housing Associations undertaking valuations, cash flow forecasts, obtaining warranties, etc.
- Assist at all times in maintaining a safe working environment within Company workplaces and applying the Company’s Health & Safety Policy for their own, their colleagues, third parties and the public’s benefit.
- Individuals must act to minimise danger and report all potential dangers and accidents to their immediate superior or designated Health & Safety Officer.

Our client, a reputable residential developer is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to run the overall delivery of a block of apartments with a build value of c £30m. Working under a Project Manager, and as part of a team, you will ensure the successful running of this phase to completion, on time and within budget. You will be experienced on both internals and externals and have been involved in similar schemes with other developers or residential main contractors.
This position is open to time served applicants as well as qualified individuals with at least 7 years post qualification related experience.
SMSTS, CSCS and First aid essential.
This role can be on a temp, temp to perm or perm basis.
